Allergic hyperreactivity, bronchitis

I have allergy issues. I feel problem in breathing, caughing, whizzing, pain in shoulders and back ,irritated if I don't take seroflow 250mcg . Previously I was taking it occasionally like 2-3 times a week then I started taking  it once daily. from past few days I feel need of taking it twice a day. When I discussed this with my doctor she advised me to take levosalbutamol inhaler 50mcg and salmeterol & fluticasone propionate 250mcg along with montair 10 and flomist nasal spray. I want to know what is Difference between levosalbutamol inhaler 50mcg and salmeterol & fluticasone propionate 250mcg. Do I really need both of them .I mean I don't want to go for this much heavy medication. Do I have an alternative to change medicines? Due to covid I am avoiding to meet her personally in clinic and she doesn't entertain this much queries on phone so I want to have answers of my questions!
