My HDL is 61.5 mg/dl and CHOL/HDL is 2.95 . As I know HDL should be within 60 mg/dl for a healthy person . Earlier I used to have high cholesterol, a change in lifestyle and was taking rosuvas 20 mg .

Night sweats
My husband sweats a lot in night whenever the ac is turned off.
