Due to a personal emotional trauma i am taking 1/4th pill of qutan 25 mg ie 6.25 mg since 3 years. I want to quit it since i believe it has decreased semen quantity and size of seminal vesicle . Please suggest what to do. All reports normal

What is qutan 25mg used for? Is it a sleeping medicine ? If yes will the person taking the medicine get addicted and get no sleep if he or she does not take it ?

Hello Dr's, I have been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder with obsessive thoughts . 4 years back I was prescribed qutan 25mg and nexito 5mg . It did wonders to Me and made a perfectly normal. I stopped meds after 1 year . Currently I consulted different dr and he has given paroxetine 25mg but its not that effective. Its been around 2 months I am taking paroxetine. I asked Dr if he can try qutan but he said nt required . Please guide .
