I accidentally took additional dose of olmetime 40 and Nexito 15 Took the 1st dose of both as usual at 2 pm and took the 2nd dose at 7 pm instead of constipation medicine I wanted to take. I tried to puke it out but I couldn't. Please suggest

Hello Recently i have checked my mother's blood pressure. In left hand it is 123/81 and in right hand it is 136/89.I am worried about the difference of bp between both hands. I have checked her bp continuously for last 10 days both morning and evening and took average after measuring 3 times.The systolic difference is always between 10-15 and diastolic difference is with in 10. Is it dangerous? She is 60 years old having height 5'1" and weight 70kg.she is hypertensive for almost last 10 years. Recently doctor changed her medicine from Telma-80 to olmetime-40.

I don't know what is happening to me. 1. I have high BP and anxiety issues. When the BP is high, my left shoulder feels a bit numb with slight burning sensation in the back neck left side. I was rushed to emergency in June and has been on Olmetime 40 and Ciplar xl30 since then. I had a spike just today 2. I had surgery for Endometriosis and Gallstone last year in June. Got an IUD inserted. I get very little flow during periods. 2 days of few drop. Last month's came 8 days earlier than usual and it's been over 35 days since it came last. 3. I get a slight sporadic pain in my lower abdomen and also an UTI infection from time to time 4. I feel tired the whole day. A slight burning sensation in the whole body and also a permanent back pain 5. I'm 5.2 ft, 68 kgs, married, gained 5 kgs in the last one month. 6. I am constantly scared of dying. Lift scares me, car drive, bike ride, or just when I'm doing random things. Only food comforts me. Looking for some advice so I can choose right cure
