Recently had CABG. After Four months hypothyroidism affected. Taking medicines.While walking angina pain. Applying nitrogesic ointment and GTN tablets. Kindly advice for relief of angina pain.

I am having fishers since 15days.I am using cream Nitrogesic but still do not have complete relieve from pain.The ointment give temporary relief.How to irradiate the pain.

My anal fissures are not healing, they have now become chronic, now 3-4 yrs old and i have skin tags also (sentinel pile). I have applied various ointments like nitrogesic , diltiazem etc but no relief. I have heard butox injections can provide relief.
