Hi Doctor, I am diagnosed with PCOD and now I want to conceive so my doctor kept me on letrozole tablet for 5 day (two dosage in a day). And she told me to come on 10th..11th..& 12th day to take Lupi HMG 75 IU injection...so please let me know on which body part I will be getting this injection?? And what are the side effects of this injection? Is it painful?

And asked me to come on 10th (today)..11th & 12th day for Lupi HMG 75 IU Injection. But I have medical emergency at my home for which I need to Travel to village tonight..so can she start the procedure next month in September? Will this effect to me?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and my doctor prescribed me Lupi HCG 5000, I have taken two doses out of three, the last one is due next week. As per practo this injection is not recommended for pregnant women, then why she has prescribed it to me. How will it affect me.

After 3 hmg injections my wife (pcod, irregular cycle)was said for follicular test on day 9 , but no DF found, in previous cycle test showed follicle size 0.9 mm on day 18 without hmg, when to expect DF in tht case wth HMG in this cycle?
