I took pregnancy test and it is positive ..i was consuming mezovit OD medicine .Shall I continue taking the medicine?

I am taking neurokind od (1500)(mankind) Use:sublingual in medicine cap When i taking by whole tablet by swallowing. it disintergrate in mouth. My vitamin b 12 is 212. But some doctor saying take it whole tablet after dinner in practo. Should i use sublingual? Or take whole tablet by water? (Before entering stomach it dissolve🙂)
