Recently Answered Questions on Lactulose

I'm suffering from constipation from last 2-3 years. I'm a vegetarian. I have tried every treatment literally. I have made changes in diet, did exercise, increased water & fiber intake. But I cannot empty the bowel. I tried Lactulose, Dulcoflex, Magnesia milk, Gut motility medicines, (all these were prescribed by the doctor) I have taken home remedies too. (Triphala) If I take coffee first thing in morning, I can go to poop but now it's not working anymore. And coffee gives me headache. When I take chai, Stool turns black n my headache. I take vitamin d & b12 regularly but no relief I'm fed up of suffering this much 😭 every consultation I take, doc says just increase water intake and doesn't find root cause. If you know what the root cause is, pls tell I'll take treatment from you

I got diagnosed with Anal fissure at 6O clock 2 days ago Now the pain is extremely severe and it takes a lot of strength to defecate. My doctor gave me certain medication like Ultranise(pain killer) , lactulose etc.. The problem is I am constantly feeling the urge to poop and already did 3-4 times a day which just keeps me in pain all the time . I even farted blood. I feel like i have gas which is also causing anal pain(urge to poop) along with the extreme pain and burning of the fissure. I am continuing the medicines but what shall i do now. Hello sir I am 24 year's old,I am suffering from anus itching and irritation from last 8 months.8 months back at night suddenly itching started in my anus area,in few days itchiness increased,so I kept itching that area then lot of irritation also started.after that I noticed it was worms  by clicking picture on that area.After taking medicines,I got some relief. Nowadays itchiness is  less but lot of irritation is still there and I also feel ticklishness in toilet time.Irritation also increases before toile time. Whenever irritation started I use 'MOMETASONE CREAM' and getting lot of relief for 2 days.After 2 days same thing started again and again.In 8 months I have seen lot of allopathic and homeopathic doctors.But problem is still there.i have already tried medicines like - pyrantel Pamoate (4 weeks), Lactulose,ebast 20, MOMETASONE Cream.Tried These medicines 3 months back.Problem has been decreased,but still not cured. As Irritation is still there.sir please help

I'm 24 years old. Around 7 days before I was having nausea and had vomited then I was feeling okay. But after that I developed constipation for 2 days and very pain in stomach also there was voice coming from stomach so I took lactulose solution and the stool came after that but it was all dry and had mucus like white substance in it. Also there was pain in uppermost part of stomach 3-4cm above bellybutton. Pain was there almost all the time during the day. One time pain was on the left side of stomach. Then after that dry stool problem was gone and I was having more normal stool but with more frequency and before passing stool there was also pain in lower abdomen and during passing of stool also. Gradually the frequency of the stool decreased and came to 1 time a day but till today also i feel pain before feeling of passing stool and during passing.also today I saw musucs in stool which came first then all the stool was norml. I dont have fever or any other symptom no blood in stool.

Due to medicinal effects my sister is constantly feeling drowzy and often closes her eyes as she feels difficult to open them for long specially close to the timing of medicine. But as soon as she falls asleep she starts having nightmares that someone is attacking her and threatening her life. She trembles in fear while in these dreams and sometimes slaps herself or grabs her throat  and wakes up afraid and confused. Often feels numb hands and feet and chest pain after getting up. Its been around 20-25 days now with this problem nd medicines doesn't seem to work much in reducing those nightmares which are the main cause of her distress now. She often cries and says that i am tired of these disturbing dreams plz do something to stop them. She can't even sleep properly due to this. She is also having severe constipation where lactulose is not working. And today she is having fever and her hands and legs are not feeling much sensation though she can move them now. Please help.
