I have been under traetment for 10 days (medivines are labscab for the initial two days, ivermectin weekly and klmite soap). Am i still contagious? If i do sex, will she get infected of scabies?

I think I have got scabies. It started from back and now covering the chest. I have used labscab(lindane) lotion. But itching won't stop. I am not sure it this lotion worked or not. The itching is unbearable.
