I have iching near to private thing...almost from 4 year ....try many doctors and used candid b lulibor cream It mac 200 Atarax 25 But no result again it happen What is the solution

Hello doctor, I'm facing jock itch problem since last 6-7 months on inner thighs and on groin area. In February i consult one doctor (not specific dermatologist) she has given some medicine and lulibor gel but there's no use temporarily it goes but after one week again skin itching started. After that during lockdown one of my relative suggest me to use derobin cream due to which jock itch problem is solved(for 2-3) months but my skin burnt which causes skin pigmentation near groin and inner thighs area. So please suggest what should i do for both jock itch and burnt skin problem.
