I want to take one 750 mg tablet but i have "levofloxacin 500mg lovolkem" and 250 mg tablets now can I take two 500+250 mg tablets at a time?

Hi, My father is getting cough continuously for 15min During Nights. After 15min it stops and doesn't repeat. Earlier he was diagnosed with mild tuberculosis and he is taking necessary medicines for that. Medicines prescribed : Solonex Linsofil Forte Lovolkem Cofsy DX syrup Is it serious ? Please suggest.
