Kindly suggest which is a better one for handling post trauamatic arthritic pain because of comunited tibial condyle fracture occurrd 19/yrs ago.Jointace dn super or Jointace c2.What is the difference in action of two?

My mother was prescribed to take Jointace 1500 table for joint points. Before this, she has been taking tablet for blood pressure. Now with Jointace tablet, BP has increased to 140 inspite of taking BP tablets. Please could you tell me if this increase in BP inspite of taking BP tablets is known behaviour ? What is the alternative or solution ? To keep BP in control.

My father age 67 years had plural effusion only in right lung , some 15 days ago and after some test he diagnosed TB he is under treatment of plumongist , doctor prescribed him R cinex 600 once daily with pyrazinamide 750 (two tablet together)once daily And combutol 1000 once daily. My concern is that can my father take this pyrazinamide 750 tablet two tablet together becoz doctor told him to take this tablet 2 at one shot. Is  it okay, his weight is 68 kg .
