I have been taking Isotane-20 for last 10 days. For last 4-5 days, my lips have turned dry and scaly. Is it due to Isotane-20. Should I continue it or its advised to stop taking this medicine.

I am on isotane 20 since last 8 months , my acne are removed but I found my face complexion is much darker than my body , is it normal ? I always raise this concern to my doctor but he don't prescribe me any sunscreen.
