My friend is a marine engineer and he is in ship right now ..Last three days he is suffering from left shoulder pain,along with chest pain which spreads across to his left arm followed by loose motions..He have Isosorbide Dinitrate...5mg tablet in his shop now..Is it advisable to take this tablet?

According to doctr prescription i m Using isonet( Isosorbide Mononitrate) (10mg) twice a day for 5 days and feels headache and dizziness after every dose should i continue this

I am 86 years old and he is fit. I get occasional Angina pain. I have been advised to take Imdur (isosorbide mononitrate) 30mg daily. This leads to lowered blood pressure when i stand up, get up from the bed etc which leads to dizziness etc Should we stop Imdur (isosorbide mononitrate)

Yesterday felt chest pain in substernal region with bit discomfort, any suggestion. I have taken isosorbide dinitrate 5 mg and gradually the discomfort went down.

Is there any difference between omnacortil 5 and wyslone 5. the Dr prescribed wyslone 5 but in medical shop they have only omnacortil 5. I have only buyed medicines which is prescribed by the Dr. Is there any problem in buying Omnacortil 5.
