I am getting lots of pimple on my forehead , I tried tretiva 20 mg, isac 20mg, and now I am using zathrin 500 , please suggest me ,good and safe medicine.

I have pimples over my face. The marks are also not going. Somebody suggested me to use adapalene & clindamycin phosphate gel and consume isotretinoin ISAC 20mg tablet daily. Plz suggest when to apply gel and how to go about it??

He prsecribed these following medicines.... 1) Persol Benzoyl Persoxide 2.5% 2) Tretinoin cream 0.025% USPCream 3) Gp Isac 20 4) Aldactoni 50 ( unable to remember this particular tablet's name) Will it be helpfull..?
