I m 32 weeks 2 days pregnant. Dr said that my cervix was opening and closing at times. I m prescribed with hydroxyprogesterone injection 5 days once and complete bed rest. Will it delay the effect of preterm delivery?

Hello Doctor, My wife is pregnant with twins(3rd month) in the first two months doctor suggested to take hyd roxyprogesterone caproate injection 250mg for every week(7days) due to some reasons we shifted some other place/town there we visited one hospital, doctor suggested the same injection but 500mg for every 10 days, is the increased dosage will have any side effects or 500mg is not suggestible kindly reply. My wife is15 weeks pregnant. 3 days before she got mild bleeding problem 5 times in two days. After immediate checkup (after 2 times of bleeding) doing the sonography doctor told that baby's health is good but if the bleeding problem occurs again than there could be a risk factor. They gave hydroxyprogesterone injection, dydroboon tablet. Right now she's in bed rest and no bleeding. please suggest me are there any chances of risk in the time of delivery. I have 10 years old child and now I'm 9 weeks 2 days pregnant Sunday i traveled for continuous 2 hours but I have no complications or uncomfortable nothing even then i went for scan... CRL is 2.68cm.. FHR 167 bpm... Yolk sac is well formed.. Cervical length is 3.8... But found small perigestational hemorrhage of volume 1.3 cc along with the lower pole of the sac... Met doctor she gave hydroxyprogesterone injection IP 500 mg and said to take complete bed rest...please guide me is there any complications...? Is it can be cured..? How should I take care of my health safe..?
