I have a cream that has Fluocinolone acetonide. Is Fluocinolone acetonide a strong steroid? Is it safe to use it in groin region?                  .

Hi, I have been having itching on the walls of vagina as well as outside. Considering it to be a fungal infection I applied Fluocinolone acettonide ( flucort) cream but it isn't helping. Hi I'm actually facing dark skin on my neck, I used hydroquinone but its affect was minimal and I couldn't get desired result, my dermatologist told I have fungal infection so I started using vavo shampoo with 2% ketozcole but still the affect in minimal, I've currently purchased a hydroquinone 4% with additional salts fluocinolone Acetonide and tretinion, I read some where on web MD that fluocinolone acetonide can worsen skin infection so is that true or I could use this hydriquonone

My skin is oily acne prone but recently I don't have acne problem because I am using a cream(0.025% tretinoin, 2% hydroquinone, 0.1% Fluocinolone Acetonide). I'm having fungal infection in the groin and buttock area. Its been 5 months. I have used Terbinafirce Lite and Lobate GM but nothing worked. Now I'm planning to a mixture of Candid-B Cream and Zole-F Cream. Compositions Composition of Zole -F :-- Miconazole Nitrate and Fluocinolone Acetonide Composition of Candid B:-- Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone So I'm kind of confused whether to mix both and then use or apply one single ointment at a time.
