Hi doctor, I had redness itching on cheeks.... doctor suggested me to apply efficort cream on the affected areas ....tat cream really worked well for me ...after 2 months again this same prob arrived ... now efficort cream is not available in market .... can u suggest me any alternate cream to cure this itch and redness

Had severe leg pain, Dr prescribed Nucoasa 60 mg tablet. After taking this had allergic reaction which has given me a rash on penis head. I developed some blacklish layer on both sides of my penis glans nearly 4 months ago.I consulted an dermatologist regarding it ,he ruled out fungal and bacterial infection and said that its frictional dermatitis and harmless but he suggested me to use efficort cream but no such improvement.there is no pain, no itch nothing except that blackish layer on glans.When penis becomes erect that blackish layer looks like grey.How to get rid of it plzz help.

My penis glans(dorsal side) developed black/yellowish scaly layer nearly 6 months ago. I consulted 2 dermatologists one said it was fungal/bacterial infection and gave tablet fluconazole, azee ,fucidin ,lulifin cream but i used his medicines for 4 mnths but there was no improvement.The other dermatologist said it was due to frictional dermatitis and gave cetaphil moisturizer and efficort cream to use, I used it for 2 mnths but no improvement. Hello Doctor, I have dark patches and dry skin like patches on my glans. It's been there for 2-3 years now and size of these marks/patches have increased slightly over the years. And also I have problem in maintaining an erection while intercourse. I went and consulted a sexologist a month back, she said I don't have to worry and prescribed Efficort Hydrocortisone Aceponate Lipophilic Cream(Apply only at night before I go to sleep for a week), Venusia Moisturizing Cream(Apply thrice a day), Ranbaxy Caverta 25mg and Antoxid HC Tablets for three weeks. So far, I don't think it worked or works. Again, I consulted a Dermatologist online, he said this is Hyperpigmentation. I don't who is correct. I'm confused and I need help! Can I undergo any surgery or laser treatment to get these removed and my glans back to normal? I WANT THESE REMOVED, PLEASE HELP! Also I lost that prescription and I'm going out of town this weekend so please prescribe me Ranbaxy Caverta 25mg since I need it. Thanks :)
