Dear Doctor, my wife is having fibromyalgia and she has been prescribed Dulane 20 mg which she has been taking since three weeks two times a day. Of late she has noticed skin rash which has been increasing day by day. I understand skin rash is one of side effects of taking Dulane but would be grateful if you could please suggest any remedy for skin rash. Thank you.

Muscle pain bed time
I have ibs due to i have nerve pain in whole body at bed time.I have taken dulane and pregabalin. They create much gas in morning.They not work i am taking prothiaden 50 twice it relief but not comple but still i have pain should increase night dose. I relief by diclofenac 50 and paracetamol 325 but i can not take much. Because i dont have fever. Now i am taking zerodol sp since 7 day. My question is that if i have muscle pain then aceclofenac only is enough i think paracetamol is taken if anybody have fever. I don't have fever.

Hi,
I m suffering from pain in breathing down the ribs right side and just below the liver during pressing and touching for last 5 years, consulted so many doctors some one told me this is neuropathy pain but still not getting any relief,i hve taken so much medicine like pregabalin and dulane, amitriptyline...!

I have ibs c bloating
Male, 34I have sleep problem due to ibs-c. I have shown gastro and psychiatrist but no improve. I have leg pain at bed time. I am taking equirex and prothiaden 75 three times and bed time petril md 0.5mg. But still i have leg pain. I have taken nexito plus, dulane, etizol 0.5, paroxee, but i relief only equirx but in morning motion not complete. I have to take aciloc 300. but i have already taken one tablet at bed time. Please tell can i take equirex 2tablets 3-4tmes a day. Tell me Maximum dose of equirex because i relief only this medicine.

Too much Acidity and ibs
I gave gastric problem at night at bed time my stomach tight and pain in my both legs I have shown many doctor. My current medicines prescribe Goldcal,Prothiaden 50mg and nexnuron at night. I have taken dulane, paroxee cr 12.5, zosert 25 and nexito 10 mg but no reluef.I 50% relief by ranitidine 300mg at night no other gas tblet at night suit like pan d,pan it,pan l,rabsec d. Omisec d, and plz suggest which gas tablet should I take in morning. I have done all blood related 75 test and ultrasound also all were negative.1 year before I have this problem I relief by ganaton total once a day.

I have indigestion and i.b.s problem
I am male of 32yr old. My current medicine equirex 3times a day,prothiadent25mg 2b.D,goldcal once a day, lactic fiber at night and aciloc(ranitidine300mg) in morning empty stomach. I have also neuropride 50mg 2.bd and dulane 20mg 2.b.d and pregabA75mg. Sir I have leg pain and stomach tight only at bed time . What does it mean. Which medicine should I take after dinner or bed time . I have shown many psychiatrist and gastrologist since 1 year. Mera pet morning me 50% saaf hota hai. Remaining 50% ke liye aciloc300 mg morning one time or two time leni padti hai.
