Should I use ketofly shampoo or ketoscalp shampoo for dandruff problem. I am using danfree shampoo currently

Is is recommended to use Danfree Ketocozonal 2 % coz i have dandruff issues and ichy scalp .Will my problems get solved using this shampoo ?

I have been having dandruff problem for past 13 Years, I used many anti danruff shampoos like nezrol, Danfree. Due to this I am facing hairl loss. Could you please suggest me, What should I do now.

Hi doc. I'm pramod. 25 yrs old.. I m facing heavy dandruff and itching on head from past 2 yr.dandruff seems like mud coming out my head and starts itching every now n then.. I have been suffering with hair loss and dandruff with itching sometimes mainly during night... I went to a dermatologist few months ago... She prescribed me xtin gold tablets and elina tablets..... But at that time I was unable to continue with the medication... So now after few months without her consultation... I am having those tablets prescribed by that dermatogist... Along with danfree shampoo... Although I am feeling better and less symptoms I want to know I am doing right or not..
