My mother who has been diagnosed with fatty liver has severe acidity and chest pain due to it every once in a while. She takes Dilona injection in such cases. What should be done to manage the fatty liver. What food to avoid or precautions or medicines she should take. Please guide.

I have severe pain in stomach last 4 years during periods.. i have also ovarian cysts in both sides..further i diagnosed a fibroid.. The pain was unbearable for me..for this i take tramadol injections , dilona injection..and othe painkiller tablets..but my problem was still increasing day by day...i have started taken novelon tablets..but i still have pain..

Around 20 days ago I had taken some medicine (amoxyclav 625, methon 400, pentop dsr, dilona forty) I continued to 10 days then my problem vanished. I stopped medicine. But from 2 days problem started again. My problem burning sensation in urination, Pain in testis, Pain in lower abdomen . I have also attached my urine culture report

In recent times I have taken many injections in both hips for arthritis treatment... 4 weekly once predniwik, one vitamin b12 , dilona acqua for 3 days... Iast injection I took was vitamin b12 and predniwik 80 mg on single time one in each hip. I have been facing a pain in right hip which feels as if inner pain. I donot know it is because of cold or injection site , what should I do?

I had to take Dilona aqua and Predniwik 80 2ml injection both same time intramuscular. So, I bought it in clinic and went nearby hospital to my home. I led down on bed and the nurse mixed water with the predniwik injection, Earlier when I took at other place I remember no water was mixed. She told it is salt so need to be mixed. I cannot contact my doctor right now. Is it ok if saline water was mixed ?

Since almost 8years almost after 1year severe stomachache along with vomiting I suffer for which oral medicines doesn't work and I need to take injection of ondem for vomiting ,anafortem and dilona for stomachache and pan d(iv) for gas.My hand and legs become cold as ice and at the same I sweat also. My ultrasound done 4times,barium x-ray,urine test and blood test every test show everything is normal.
