I have tried medicines like ,cipla cofton,and some home remedy's but my cough is not stopping ,there is no pain in chest ,and no fever also ,but my cough is not stopping ,it starts in night time and all over day it is normal.please tell me what to do

Around 15 days back I had cold( runny nose), I took some medicine ( cetrizin and azithromycin ). Cold was cured in one week and I got cough. Still I'm taking cofton ( contain chlorphniramine maleate) but I'm still having cough problem. What should I do?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have extrme dry cough. Have been taking relent+ and ginger honey but not helping at all. The cough gets worse at night. Previously I always have Cofton Expectorant  syrup for dry cough which suits me, can I have that in  pregnancy ??? What medication can I take???

Dear sir, chronic cough from 1dec-17, i have taken mox500mg cap, moxikind cv625tab, cofton syp, rexcough syp, citrazine, betnosolone, dexa tab hostacyclene cap & other medicine as per doctor but no relief till now.
