What kind of impact on health is proven scientifically by long term use of Cipralex 5mg per day by non smoker & non alcoholic individual ?

I m taking Tab. Cipralex 10 mg OD from the last one year and my Doctor has advised to take this for my whole life. I want to get rid of it. I have tried on my own to skip the dose for one or two days but I again feel depressed. What should I do..Will I be able to stop this medicine someday. Please help me out...

Dear Sir, Madam I suffered a chronic anxiety since 7 years .I was on FLUOXITINE 60 mg but eventually found no use of that. Since days my Doctor has put me on CIPRALEX 10 M.G and later for 15MG from next week . Is it a best medicine for my case. I am also taking NITRAZEPAM 1 MG. I request someone to suggest on this.
