Hi I am taking cardace AM 5mg but is not clear whether to take at night before sleeping or morning empty stomach

Had heart attack a month before. Dr prescribed cardace 2.5 mg with brillinta, concor ecospirin. Dry cough is there by using cardace. What you do. Should I discontinue or change this.

I have been taking cardace 2.5 tablet from August 17th. For the past one month I am having dry cough which is severe and disturbing my sleep. Day time manageable. Is this the side effect of cardace 2.5 mg tablet. What should I do? Any cough medicine I can try or any alternate BP tablet. But the  reading is fine after I started taking cardace 2.5 mg. Please advise. Thanks.

My ecg this month did not come out well cardiologist asked me to undergo echo, stress, echo the results were negative for ischemic but mildly dilated artirium EF is56%. Dropped from 60 %. I have diabetes. I never had high BP but my doctor is asking me to take cardace will it not decrease my BP.

Aug 19 - 112/77 Aug 20 - 118/88 Aug 21 - 118/83 Aug 22 - 133/85 Aug 23 - 131/95 Aug 24 - 126/93 Aug 25 - 117/73 The readings were taken in the morning before taking the tablet.

Blood pressure is 117/73 heart rate is 75 am 33yrs old male I can do work out in gym reduce my weight sir. Is there any possibility to take work out supplement for getting better shape sir. Plz don't give me suggestion. Thankq sir
