My father had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease & also have a little bit elevated level of blood cholesterol. He is following this ongoing medication 1. Levodopa 100mg+ Carbidopa 10mg                    2. Trihexyphenidyle 2mg                                                 3. Spironolactone 50mg + Torasemide 10mg              4. Atrovastalin 10mg+ Aspirin75mg                              5. Cinnarizine 25mg Can he take his 1st dose of Covid vaccines which are available in India? Please help...please🙏

My brother had an accident on 28th of february and he is in vegetative state since then. Doctors said they cannot say when he will awake from this state. I read an article on the internet about the treatment of parkinsons disease and the treatment of vegetative state with the carbidopa and levidopa. I found that patients have remarkable benefits from levidopa since it produces dopamine in the brain. I want give this treatment to my brother as well. Please suggest. Thanks and regards

Hi, what helps with shaking/ Dyskinesia/ internal tremors? My sister says her body is shaking from the inside 24/7 and as soon as she puts her hands up the exernal tremors start..her MRI, F Dopa PET brain scan,blood tests are all clear. She had been suffering from the past 15 months..The doctors have tried Clonazepam, Gabapentin, Propranolol, Trihexyphenidyl, levodopa & carbidopa, Buspirone, Cyproheptadine, Tetrabenazine, Pregabalin, Pramipexole, Alprazolam, antidepressants, anxiety medicines, antihistamines etc medicines but they all make her worse. Nothing is helping  can someone please suggest what i can give her for the shaking to stop? Thank you.
