Hi i am having pigmentation(blackness) on the sides of my nose and chin it comes and goes in every 2 to 3 months or as the season changes. I have seen many doctors and have applied face wash like klmkleen, ahaglow and tone n glow & creams like meladerm , skinlite, ciprolar fc etc. But the problem is still the same.

I am traveling to UK and in order to carry medicine I need doctor prescription, without which they won't allow me to to take it. I lost my original prescription which I had. Can anyone help me with a new prescription please? I need for one ointment for fungal infection and another spray for hair loss.
