My nephew (age 3 years 11 months) having stomach pain from last 3-4 months and now suffering from frequent urination. Some blood test done. I am having recurrent boils in my thigh and buttock area for past 2/3 months. I am non-diabetic but I have pcod. I went to a dermat and he prescribed me Augmentin Duo 625 thrice for 7 days. It healed but again when i got another boil on the exactly same place that doctor changed my medicine from Augmentin  duo 625 to Linezolid 600 twice daile for 7 days. boil on my inner thigh area got healed but i can feel a small lump remained without any pain and irritation. Then i consulted a doctor in practo and she prescribed me zifi-o cv 200 twice daily for 7 days and hifenac p twice daily for 5 days and mupi 2% ointment topically. As my boil got healed before taking this treatment i was just taking this treatment as a lump remained even after the boil healed completely. So the lump remained as it is now also aftwr completing the treatment. Is this lump not going to flattened ? Or it will remain a swollen scar for longer period? i already consulted so many docs pls give any suggestion.

Hi Sir / Madam, I have went to an first panic attack on Nov 6th 2022. From that day I used to have feeling of lot of anxiety, heart palpitations and tremors. Went through multiple hospitals all tests came normal. But I have lot of fear and going to different types of hospital one of the doctor asked me to consult psychologist. Since December 2022 I am Using Clonozepam 1.5 mg a day morning 0.5 mg and night 1 mg, Propanlol 40 mg in the morning , and mitazine in the night as 15 mg. I have used these for 8 months and from August 2023 I started using etilam pro 20 mg in the morning and Clonozepam 0.5 mg in the night and mitrazapine 15mg in the night. Now one of the doctor prescribed me Zaptra 12.5 mg actually I want to tapper all these medicine one by one as I am feeling very weak since 10 months and every time felling very weak unable to do small things as well. I want to stop Clonozepam and then etilam pro can I do this.. because i am using neurology medicine apaxabin 2.5mg citizine P. tq

Two small well defined T2 and STIR hypeintense lesions showing mild restrictions on DWI noted in subcapsular location with extension into the liver parenchyma noted,one in segment VIII measuring about 2.6*2.3 cm and another in segment VI measuring about 1.8*1 cm. Mild T2 and hyperintense edema noted surrounding the lesions in liver parnchyma. Was on a week medication on ornidazole and dompan sr for a week. However pain like holding/ cramping/spasm on the right side of abdomen when taking deep breath, mild or no pain in normal breath. Please suggest ....Doctor stating no infection left. Later gave Xykaa BD 1000 mg,Dompan Etiprin-p currently for 15 days. Lot of burping, never there previoulsy. Please suggest. Very recetly recovered from LYMPHNODE TB IN STOMACH.Completed the tb drug course for 1 year in Dec 2021. After that detected with H-phylori in month of feb2022-Completed pantop + ornidazole course for 2 weeks and now these liver lesions please suggest future actions or tests. thank

Hello! Myself Ujjal Mahato aged 32 years, suffering from multiple complications. For instance - heat intolerance, chills, frequent urination, constipation, unintentional weight loss, darkened skin, thinning bones, constantly pain in legs, legs, arms & shoulders as well, ( in hands & legs pain runs through back side), sleep issues due to night frequent urination, tremors or shaky fingers, hands sometimes legs, gassy, mild shortness of breath in evening and chest pain, heartburn or pain don't know exactly, and all these symptoms rise in peak through pricking or needling or itching through face and gradually that shifts to whole body specially hands, legs and back side, and I had upset liver, since childhood after having a jaundice, there after I have suffered from typhoid for a couple of times, two catagories of malaria like p-vivex and felcipherum , chicken pox, as well as once increasing high level of cholesterol in 15 years of old.

Hi My girl baby of 9 and half months got temperature on Sunday night. Weight is 6.8 -7 kg. She had dysentery last month She doesn't have cough or cold. We started giving medomol 1 mg till yesterday evening. Fever was around 100-102. It has not come down only. And then we gave paracetamol suppository 80 mg in the night. We continued medomol 1 mg in 5 hours interval. Also we are giving tepid bath now and then. However the temperature was 102.2 whole night so Today morning 6 30 we gave mefkind-p suspension 2.5 ml post which fever came down and she had normal temperature. We continued paracetamol at 10 30 and 2 30. In the evening temperature rised to 100-102 Evening 6 30 we gave mefkind 2.5 ml but even after 1 hour her temperature is 102.5 Now her temperature is around 99 Please could you advise further steps How often should we give mefkind and how long we should give paracetamol

I am male of running 30 age, I feel my body very warm due to outside climate change .. I checked in thermometer it shows 99.9 F .so whenever cool air touches my body its gets more warm . My family told me that its normal temp and given zerodol-p tablet course for 5 days . I have no illness history is last month No joint pain No testless no smellless feelings No cough,cold or irritation in throat Very minor weakness Oxymeter stats ranges between 97 to 99 along with normal pulse rate . Daily I am taking turmeric milk and Giloy juice to boost my immunity So does this temperature considered as normal temp or feverish ? Google shows that the temp above 100.4 F considered as fever but I am nurvous about this temp range of mine... One more thing outside climate is very volatile some times heavy rain and sometimes its sunny and humidity is also there... Is there any thing worry ? Or is this 99.9 F tempt is symptom to corona ?

I had my circumcision on 6/12/2018 and was prescribed these medicines for 10days - Augmentin 625,OMEZ 20mg,Seradic-P (Tab),Chymoral forte & Neosporin oint. which i was applying and cleaning the place with warm luke water, everything is going great, im tolerating the pain but from 14/12/2018 some red patches appear on penis head and some sticky yellow discharge is coming out from that newly made patches on penis head,  which is somewhat like eczema which is irritating ,burning, and turning into wounds and now when i clean that surface blood comes out from cuts then i consulted dr and he gived me Taxim-0 200, T-bact oint, and pain killer and i was applying this from 16/12/2018 but till now i haven't seen any results instead its getting worse, yellow white dots are arrived on head, i can't even sit or walk pubic hair are hurting so badly , is this a fungal i fection or yeast or bacterial ? Plz help and suggest a medicine, and whom i consult urologist or dermatologist ??? Thanks advance.

I've been having palpitations and dizzy spells. The palpitations are happening at least once an hour, and at times they do make me short of breath and make me very dizzy. 3 years ago I had a stress test, ecg and an echo. The echo was normal. The ecg showed a t abnormality (anterior leads) They did an ecg a few days ago(results below) My blood pressure is normally 120-130/80 but the last two weeks it was 165/108, 154/98 and 150/90(laying down). My dr is waiting 6 weeks and we will recheck blood pressure and she may put me on meds if still high. My general practitioner says I dont need to see a cardiologist because my echo was clear 2 years ago so it’s unlikely something is wrong with my heart so soon after. Is that accurate? Should I be concerned or am I making too much of this.
