I got a Thyroid test  and it shows A/c status P and 1st trimester 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester. I have got my sonography report in that ovarian cysts are seen . Does it shows that i am pregnant??

I have this cough which is lingering for more than 2 months now. I had taken antibiotics and also deletus p syrup. Although it reduced it to some extent but not completely cured it. Some days I am absolutely fine and on some days I will cough a lot and I get a lot of post nasal drip and mucus(transparent) from it. I am not sure what should be my way forward ?
