My eyes feel very dry and tight and stressful with strain. can I use carboxymethylcellulose eye drops like eco tears, Aqualube ,etc..are they safe to use? How many times can I use them

I'm mukil . I'm a student .my eye is over irritation.eye is inside the some black dust particle .but is not removal.im went to optometrist but the problem is not curable. what is this problem? I'm really confussed. My doctor is preferred the medicine like aqualube liquigel and lotepred t.but what problem is this . How to avoid this.

Hello, My Opthalmologist has given me Aqualube Eye Gel ( Liquid Paraffin and white Soft Paraffin Eye Gel) by Ajanta pharma (Night) . 1) What is the use of this and for what reason they have prescribed this? 2) will this cause long term adverse effect on eyes? Please answer my both quesries. Thank you.

Eye twitch for every 1 min or so, also eye burns. Mild pain around the eye and headache. Taking drops - LiketearsPlus 3-4 times a day. Previously used Refresh, Haloeye and Hydroeyes and stopped. Now using only LiketearsPlus. Used a antibiotic for infection given by doc for 5-10 days/ Moxiflacin and Lotegate. Used Genteal and aqualube gel also, but still burning eyes.
