Hi, how long one can consume Alfusin 10 daily without any further consultation? Any side effects ?

Sir ..I have bladder neck obstruction...doctor prescribed me alfoo for till surgery after my fatherhood...I am very young now and alfoo price is little bit high for me...I found a tab alfusin which costs cheaper than alfoo...it is also the composition of alfuzosin...sir please suggest do I buy alfusin as it is cheaper if alfoo is better

No problem in urination. But frequent - I drink a lot of water.Wake up at night 2-3 times because of too many dreams and not necessarily due bladder pressure.My PSA tests in 2011-4.09; 2013-4.92. Alfusin D was advised. I took it for couple of months and then discontinued. I have restarted since a week. PSA seems to be age related when test report showed: 50-59 yrs-<or 3.5;60-69<or 4.5; 70-79 <or 6.5;>80 -7.2. Is there a cause for concern? Should I continue with Alfusin? Any other advise. Thanks.

Right spermatic chord is mildly oedematous with increased vascularity on doppler. I'm taking alfusin ,tolpa D and levoflox ,but the pain is not going anywhere, it's been 1 month I'm on these medications, does it take this much time usually or I need to change medication.
