I m having psoriisis last year taken acrotac 25 mg for 2.5 months and get well but after one year it appears again...please let me know if i start acrotac 25 mg again then how many months i have to take it for full cure?? please advice.

I am on medication for Psoriasis. I have been prescribed acrotac (acitretin) 10mg twice daily. I got a general health check and my vitamin d3 and b12 are low. Is it advisable to take oral d3 and b12 tablets supplements with acitretin? Is it safe?

Have been prescribed folitrax 7.5 mg (1 tab only Sunday), folvite 5mg (Tue&Fri one tab), acrotac 10mg once daily for psoriasis both in body and scalp. Plus canditral 100mg (twice daily) for fungal infection in groin and butts. Plus there are some ointments also (propysalic nf, sorvate c, ebernet m, tyza, calpsor c lotion). I had general tiredness and muscle aches since long before psoriasis also. So, ortho has given me innovgold capusle and citravite XT tablet, both once daily. My concern is that are these mutivitamins and minerals tabs allowed with my other skin medicines especially acrotac? I read on internet that these may cause hair loss. Pls guide.
