My husband age 31.sometimes he feels pain in feet . His uric acid is 10 Is it high?? Proper diet can control this or need to take medicine

From last 6 month I am feeling very severe knee joints pain , I have consulted rheumatologist in indore ,my all blood test are normal Esr Crp Uric acid Ra factor H1bac Vit d Vit b12 Hlab27 Anti ccp neg ANA positive low titre homogeneous pattern ENA PROFILE NEGATIVE BONE SCINTIGRAPHY SCANNOGRAM X RAY NORMAL I was feeling well from last 20 days , but again same pain is hurting me as winter increases Rheumatologist says it's a drugs induced arthalagia CRP has repeated 5 times it comes to normal below 4

I have recovered from COVID 19.tested positive 7 months back.Took steroids also in treatment.now I am facing lower body joints pain and pinching like symptoms in fingers.Is this arthritis.How can I treat this.Is it curable or self curing or permanent issue.Please answer.

I am 29 years old married software professional.i got COVID 19 on April 21. Took treatment including steroids for 5 days.after 2 weeks of recover suffered from lower joints pain.Took ultraset for 3 days and 80 percent recovered.but still lower hips and knee pain is there.and from past 3 weeks freeling link pain in wrist fingers at low grade.hips joints are heavy pain some times and recovers on rest.Please suggest any solution.Is it arthritis ?.
