It started with sore throat and devoleped acidic burps reflux with headache and urinary problem then lower back pain and abdominal pain in upper left and right area then jaw pain with poping when open and chest bone pain. My GP told me to take arthritis panel test. ct of kidney and throat is fine. endoscopy is fine.Mri shows little buldge in upper back. Symptoms that are currently present 1.Throat pain if I speak for a long time. 2. pain in the chest bone 3.  Sharp abdominal pain in the upper right and left. The same in the rear as well.4.Nerve discomfort in the right thigh.5.Stool with blood (4 times so far). 6.lot of burping, some of it is acidic and the throat look like scratched meat and have red bumbs(throat swab and ESR is negative).7.I've have urinary issue such as not feeling my bladder empty after peeing.my bladder empty after. 8.lower back pain(RA fac is negative). 9.jaw poping sound when opening jaw  10.When I take a deep inhale, I hear a click sound in chest. Confused...

20 days before I have checked my uric acid was 4.2 Today i checked my uric acid is 5.88 Currently I'm having sharp pain in my knee joint and shoulder joint and feeling very tired due to pain. Should I need to take medicine for uric acid ? Earlier (1.5 year back) i have a history of high uric acid of 8.2 due to which my ankle still hurt when I press them?

I have hla b 27 positive, suffering with spondyloarthritis. I was using toficitinib5 mg..pain was almost in control.but liver sgpt level is getting High. My doctor consult me to use golbi 450 sr. And to stop using toficitinib tablet.. i have stop using that toficitinib tab.for 15 days.now i found slightly pain on my knee and hip joint...can i take, toficitinib with golbi sr450???

Sir my mother suffering from pain in hand main pain in shoulder and pain in hand alos When my mother put hand feel pain in hand and some time suddenly feel sharp pain and then relax ... increase pain in night mostly Only one hand Dr said suffering from sjogren , fibromyalgia And suggest physiotherapy but not relieve Fluxetine 20 mg Can change fluxetine any other medicine Or what I do ...she can not do any hard work or pick up weight more then 1/2 kg feel pain.. My concern is that she is suffering from fibromyalgia or neuropethic pain

I have ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS. I am a breastfeeding mother to a 3 months baby. Is SAAZ DS safe during nursing? I hope it won't harm my baby.

My sister is in treatment of SLE, now she is 18 and school is under vaccination drive. Is it safe to take vaccination under current scenario ?

Dear sir /ma'am My wife 29/F an Axial SPA patient was undergoing NSAIDs and Biological treatments from past 3-4 yrs for her radiating pain in her sacroiliac joint. Now from past 2 months she has started developing pain in her T3 & T4 vertebrae and sternum region specially during night and early morning. Is this also a sign of her same rheumatology problem or something else? She is breastfeeding also from past 6 months.
