After viral fever I am feeling waist pain middle back and neck and shoulder pain , My HLAB27 is negative, CRP 0.68 ESR 16MM ,MRI PELVIC & HIP joints is normal ,Bone scintography normal ,RA ,ANTI CCP ,ANA IS NORMAL , still I am feeling pain like ankylosing spondylitis, I want to know very early changes in joints could not be trapped or not in MRI , I am feeling very stiffness like iron body

I did MRI & HLAB27 test for pain in hips and knee joints ankle foot toes, lower Back ,shoulder, I want to know MRI can miss early changes or not

I have been suffering from lower back pain from 5+ years but my issue was not identified until now. Recently I consulted a rheumatologist and understood that the SI joint space is reduced( R> L ) with sclerosis along with ileal aspect of joint. I am under medication but I don't think it's helping me. Is this going to be a permanent problem? Or will the space get normal with any other treatment? I am 28 and my weight is within range, my physical activities walking, yoga were good but now I'm in pain and after few steps of walking I feel tightness around my sacrum and when I try to move around I head mild cracking sounds. Can someone explain me what could this be?

Pain right knee and it keeps on moving. Sometime felt on knee cap and sometime to limb muscles. On sides some redness is observed and when knee side touches other knee causing a high pain

I am suffering from constant neck pain, pinched nerve, and muscle stiffness. My neck has tilted to one direction and can't move it in right direction. I have constant headaches and eye pain. I sometimes have vertigo problems. I occasionally have hip pain and back pain. My shoulder too hurts from this. (If any doctor can answer this, it will be helpful for me. Thank You)

My uric acid has been on high side from last 6 month. It remains between 8 to 9 although I do not have any symptoms of that. Should I look for treatment for this.

I feel extra sensitive in cold weather.. I also get polyuria in the cold weather and my foot front ball area feel painful, tingling sensation n too pale in color , high heart rate, on off BP during winters... During summers, I can't tolerate AC below 22 Basic organs reports are normal During childhood to mid 28 I had the problem of frostbite, chillbains now got all such symptoms Whom should I meet for this?

Hello there, My mom has Rheumatoid arthritis type SLE , now she is having leak of protein. It's been an year with creatinine tests, 24hr urine test etc, now RA doctor is asking for kidney biopsy. My doubt is should we consult nephrology or continue with RA for protein leak

Doctor has prescribed Dv 2k but not getting it instead chemist gave uprise d3 2k. So can it be taken?
