Cold weather intolerance
I feel extra sensitive in cold weather.. I also get polyuria in the cold weather and my foot front ball area feel painful, tingling sensation n too pale in color , high heart rate, on off BP during winters... During summers, I can't tolerate AC below 22 Basic organs reports are normal During childhood to mid 28 I had the problem of frostbite, chillbains now got all such symptoms Whom should I meet for this?

It looks like you may have Raynaud's phenomenon and may be some underlying autoimmune process.
