Walking after Ovulation
I have hormonal imbalance and i put up weight.Hence Doctor asked me to do walking daily and avoid oily foods.
I have 28 days of cycle.
Ovulation is done on 17th day of my cycle.
So can i do walking daily after my Ovulation?
Does it affect implementation?
