After taking I pill in 48 hours. On 12th day I got bleeding it occurs 2-3days and then again after 12 days I noticed 2 light spots of blood. What does that mean ?

Hi doctors today is 14th day of my follicular scan report is right ovary is 23x 20 mm Left ovary is DF1 30x 25 & DF2 is 23x 18mm ET is 8.5 yesterday evening I had taken HCG 10000 injection and Dr plan IUI tomorrow so is this size is good for IUI and it will rupture by morning I am very worried about IUI ... It will succeed in this cycle ...  Is Chances are there ?
