My doctor suggested a abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. Report shows liver kindey bladder everything normal. Report says there is trace ascites. Solitary uterine fibroid. Right ovarian complex cyst as described -favours hemorrhagic cyst. Trace ascites. Had pcos before but never had fibroids. I had gas issues and sometimes get cramps in stomach. What is trace ascites is it due to fibroid and cyst?

Dr today I done USG test as my report CRL -6mm, MSD -18mm, yolk sac -4mm , FHR -105/bpm Somatic size-6 weeks 3 days. Single fundal reduced volume sac seen containing embrio and yolk sac with poor decidual reaction .. What does it mean?is it ok?if not what to do?
