Pregnancy and Infertility

I got my periods on 17 April they lasted for 4 days like normal but after that I got dark brown spotting after 2weeks on 3rd may they lasted for 3 days. Now when can I again expect my this month's periods and do I n eed to get worried.

I have irregular periods since from last 1 year and I had taken Overall-L tab for 6 months during that period my periods were regular.And I stopped it 7 months back.But now again I am facing the same issue with irregular bleeding as well.I have bleeding since from last 15 days with less flow.

I have taken birth control pills and now facing issues with periods. In a month I had small excretion of blood but it is very less compared to periods. My skin doc has suggested to go for PCOD test but test is possible only on second day of period. What to do suggest me

I am currently taking the pill (microgynon) as a form of contraception since roughly January of this year. I have no problems with it so far and have been taking it on time and have not missed any days. This was up until last week (2nd and 3rd) I forgot to take the pill both days. I then read up and saw I needed to take two on the 4th and again 2 on the 5th and then Continued to take them as Normal. However on the 4th I began to bleed as if I came on my period and have been since so far today (12th) hasn't been regular though as has sometimes been clotted and very dark brown. Not sure if this is normal or what to do. I am due to take my seven day break on Sunday 14th so am unsure if I will bleed again or whether I should not take a break and start my new pack straight away.

My period has been late for ten days now. I have really bad nausea, cramps, ongoing sore breast, headaches, and fatigue. And last month my period was different from usual it was light brown slight cramps but nothing at all compared to what im used to, i barely filled a pad and the duration was shorter than usual. I tested Wednesday and the test said negative. I couldn't let it go because my periods are never late and now its getting closer to two weeks without one so what should i do?

Last month my dr give me HCG 1000 injection on day 11th when egg size was 17" but on ultrasound test after 2 days egg was not raptured, so my dr give another HCG 1000 of another brand but after taking it twice egg not raptured and at the end it become cyst. This month on day 13 dr give me again HCG 1000 but still on day 15 ultrasound egg size increased but not raptured. I am not sure what to do.
