AFTER TAKING MTP I HAVE PAIN IN MY LOWER STOMACH REGULARLEY FROM 2-3 DAYS. I TEST THE UTP AND THE RESULT IS STILL POSITIVE WHAT TO DO?

I Ave itching in private part for 10 days. I clean up whenever I use rest room with soap. Today I started getting pain in lower abdomen below stomach. I have IUD and it's due to remove it. I am not sure why I get all these . Pls help someone.

From the past few months I am having periods twice a month. The first period ends after 5 to 6 days I see again it came but this time in a very little amount almost negligible. The colour of the blood is little brownish and the blood is little thicker.

I have a regular period. I'm due to start my period tomorrow, and I've just taken the morning after pill earlier today. I've just taken an ovulation test and it's came up negative. Could it be a possibility that the reason it came up negative is because it's advised to take it 11 days after the start of my period and the fact I took the morning after pill? I'm young so I can't see any reason for me to be infertile..

Today I realized i have a yeast infection . 2 months prior I had 2 I the same month . I've never had yeast infections before , but since dating my boyfriend it seems I forever get them ( I'm not blaming him , that just when they started ) Why frequent yeast infections ? Are my thongs the problem ?
