I am taking gemstone 100mg injection after taking this injection having injection site pain along with body ache and little bit fever(99.6-100.4) is it normal or should I talk to my doctor.

Dear Sir/ma'am, I was suffering from spam(happening continuously ) like discomfort in the urinary track an external urethra. Frequent urge to urinate. I felt spasm like discomfort during urination as well. The lower pelvic area felt congested and little painful. I was suggested to take 1. Urispas 200 mg (twice daily)  2. Niftran 100mg (twice daily) Today is the 5th day and the medicine is getting over. Although the spasm has reduced a lot but not gone fully. The spasm is still causing discomfort. Spasm during urination as well, Although reduced a lot. The pelvic congestion and pain pain has gone. The only concern is spasm like feeling happening continuously. Kindly suggest what should be done and kindly suggest medicine for my relief. I will nlbe greatly thankful.

Hello doctors, In anamoly scan yesterday, it was seen some issue with fetal heart. So they suggested Fetal Echo. Fetal Echo is done and I am attaching the report. The doctor who done this said the heart is in good condition no need to worry. But in the report something mentioned in bold. Not sure what is that. Should I be worried? Or my baby heart is fine. Me and my wife is very stressed because of this. But doctors words give some relief. Just want to double check here if everything is fine and we should not be worried. Please please answer.
