Pregnancy and Infertility

I have bee having this problem last 5-7 days. After peeing my pelvic region pains but after washing it it feels better but I still have constant urge to pee. This gets more sever when i take spicy food. Is it std ?

I am regularly bleeding without being on my period. I will bleed for about a week then stop for 1 day- 3 days and start bleeding again.

36th day since last period, and last two months i had 36 days cycle. But this time i have symptoms like back pain from 10 days, feeling hungry all the time, sleepiness.
