Digene with misoprostol

I've been on mifepristone and misoprostol .. This morning I took my first 2 tablets of misoprostol and shortly after that I took digene . Will digene stop the effect of misoprostol or does the medicine still keep working ? After the first dose of misoprostol I experienced extremely painful cramps and vomiting for which I took digene .
