After taking meprate 10 mg for 5 days twice a day..got period like bleeding on 4th day after finishing course but the bleeding is very less as expected on the first day of periods.what will be the reason

Hi, I taking Siphene 150 mg in a day prescribed by the doctor and today is the 5th day of the medicine. From last 2 days, I am not feeling well and i had severe headache, vomiting, gas, stomach ache. Today i.e. 5th i am having little fever (99.3 degree). Could you please help in understanding that it is the side effect of Siphene or Climate change

Dear Sir/Madam, I and my wife have been consulting doctor for not being able to conceive. My wife had taken a TSH test on 9 April the level for which was 4.22 ulU/mL. she was prescribed to take hyronorm 25mcg and to repeat the test after a period of two months which has been done and now the level is 3.55 ulU/mL l. Could you please let me know if she should continue with the same medicine with same mcg or should it be changed? I am attaching both old and new reports. Thank you for advising.
