I have been prescribed Cystelia- M and Metformin hydrochloride SR for treatment of PCOs. I have been taking the medicine for 3 days now. I am always feeling dizziness, tiredness, sleepy and heavy headed from last three days. Having back pain also. Are these side effects of any of these medicines? Shall I continue taking these medicines?

Hello Doctors I am married before 3 years ago, and we had consult a doctor for having kids, and she did some normal scanning and she told to my wife that i have a doubt that u have a small uterus(Hypoplastic Uterus) , she has not confirmed though, she told to do some 3d ultra sound scanning. so please suggest me what do do?
