Iam suffering from continuous lower abdomen pain and cramps. I amgetting it every month when I get my periods the doctors whom I consulted told me that I have to live with pain killer only

Take abortion pill 1st period complete 16 june 2nd time period not completed to day 31 cycle has 28 days what's the problem plz help me

My this cycle periods started on 13july I have full flow on 14and after that it stops on 16i again have bleeding only once suddenly and again no spotting even. I also have blister ofpimples only on right side of face while other face is almost clear. Got my weight increased very much in last 6months even though I worked out daily it constant.30yrs

My peeiods is late for 7days.. Still it shows only a faint line which is really really light.. Bt i have many symtoms.. At the same time i have pain like getting periods.. Last month also i had faint line but doctor said this is because of pcod.. For pcod sometimes it ll show faint line and i got periods too.. This month i really hoping for a baby because i did follicular study and took injection for egg growth.. Why it is still a faint line? Why i am getting pain in abdomen and urine part?

I have missed my period 11 days back and I have symptoms like vomiting back pain iam really afraid please help me and suggest me what to do it's really urgent
