Hey I'm 23 i've been delayed 12 days in my periods it's been irregular since 3months Dr. Suggested me m10tablts I take it for 15days then my periods got on time bt this month it's not on time my date of cycle is 6july and got my cycle yesterday night and trust me it's very painful my whole stomach is painful and this cramp painful is unbearable

I Tested positive for chlamydia took azithromycin and four days later pee still burns Is this normal?
