I am not getting my periods since last year and has been diagnosed as pcod patient and skin getting pigmented facial hair

I had my follicular monitoring on day 15 and it showed egg rapture ie on 7 th of July and my expected date of menstruation is 23 of July . I still have no period but cramping in lower abdomen plus sore breast and I m taking medicine Stroke 200 ,duphaston 10 mg ,valest 2 Which I stopped today after 15 days will these medicine delay my period

I have a painful lump under my right breast and was wondering if there was anything to do to relieve the pain until I can go to a doctor.
