Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello doctor,i want to concieve but i have PCOD since last 2 year. I went through medication but it is showing no result, so please help me out for this

I have suffering from period till the april i take some peels for get periods It goes regulary I getting low day by day

I am 9weeks pregent women this the first prgency I don't have any symptoms this week no hungry I am so worried

4.3 x 2.9 cm well defined Cyst in left adnexa with fine moving internal echoes and multiple internal septation. ; left overy not seen separate from the cyst.? Left ovarian hemorrhagic cyst ? Left ovarian endometriosis cyst.

I have had a IUD and have not gotten a period but I am throwing up and having irritation in that region

Done with ultrasound & MRI as on doctor advise, when consulted with a gynaecologist, she prescribed 3 tablets(dienogest,vitamins,& dysmen) . She told that I have some blood clotting in the uterus/gall bladder , not sure . This is the reason I am having much trouble during the periods. Is This may cause problems in fertility OR in conceiving???

That was expand and if we touch that it lick flesh I am afraid of that can u help for my girlfriend she is tense about that prolem that is like jelly type so can you suggest about that problem and help us with that problem

Every month i get menses on 28th...but last month i took i pill on 3rd and got bleeding from 11th to 16th...i didn't get mensus on 28th July.. Is there anything to worry about.?
