Engaged in unprotected intercouse with withdrawal on 13th day of my cycle. There is generally pre cums. Is it required to take I pill? I had taken i pill previous month as well. Is repeated usage with monthly frequency okay?

Trying for baby from last January. gynocolist prescribed me L-arginine for feb-mar-april month..but no result. Then prescribed clomiphene citrate 100 for may and june after that 150 for july with follicular study, hcg 10000 injection with progesterone supplement for 10 days.as result heavy period started, and have to stop my long duration flow with pause 500tablet. In aug ,I changed my gyno.nw dr check my amh level is 2.66 and tsh level is 5.137 uiu/ml.and said its  hypothyroidism and prscribed thyronorm 25.and L-arginine for next3 months. My question are- why i cant consive? Is 5.137tsh is very high for getting prgnenet? What should i do now? May i ever able to consive? Really tressed..pls help Hight 5.2 weight 65 age 31.

Last month as i was nt well so i took a tablet of alegra m .My period date was 11 july but it took plce 4 days late on 15th july. i thought this is due to medicine. now this month also its 19 aug now, i m already 5 days late but a little blood stain occur ystrday and after it stops. i took a test also and it showed negative. wat should i do now?
